Seattle Pups and Handlers

Seattle Pups and Handlers (SEA-PAH) is a social community organisation based in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighbourhood. The club runs monthly socials, community events, and gatherings at venues across the city. SEA-PAH emphasises inclusivity, particularly welcoming women, non-binary, and trans community members.

Running a social community with frequent events means managing 21+ age verification, event RSVPs with capacity limits, multiple venue partnerships, and communications to nearly 1,500 members. Two membership tiers — Standard at $30/year and Associate at $15/year for 18-20 year olds — need automated renewal.

TidyHQ runs SEA-PAH's entire operation on a custom domain. Memberships with Stripe payments, event RSVPs with capacity management, CodeReadr for check-ins, Mailchimp for the monthly "Howl" newsletter, and Google Analytics for tracking. Members get discounted event pricing, newsletter access, voting rights, and club merchandise eligibility.

Since implementing TidyHQ, Seattle Pups and Handlers has fundamentally changed how they operate.
